We realize that most people playing UO today are already veterans even if they are returning to the UO game after years away.
In an effort to remove the 'starter' tedium and get people up and running sooner . . we have made that step easier so you can join the fun faster.
Now when you create a new character (on a new or existing account) the Isle of Arete Mayor (in our entry town) will send you to a small room below his office where you can pick up some good 'Starter' items before entering a separate room with a 'Skill Selection Gate'. The 'Skill Selection Gate' will let you set 10 skills up to the GM 100 level before being teleported into our world.
We hope this will prove helpful to the many experienced UO players who might like to venture in our custom world.
Note: All new player/accounts will still need to download/unzip and point Razor to our custom files to fully see/appreciate/enjoy our world. A Link to our 'All-In-One' zipped file is on our Website at --> www.uotraditions.com
