Hey,
Just a quick one - does anyone know the reason the virtue 'honour' seems to goes down?
Not sure if it's something i'm doing or if it just happens over time.. But i keep going from a Knight of Honour to a Follow of Honour for what seems like no obvious reason.

I was of the understanding that all virtues decline over time unless it is maintained. One must keep doing "good" and "right" . . . it's not a once only achievement

If you "embrace your honor" it should decline also but I have to double check.

I honour most things I come across naturally because of the damage bonus so I think i was surprised for it to go down. I also typically don't 'embrace honour' either except for the odd occurrence by mistake...

How does one gain in "Honour" anyway?

Not sure if there's another way, but i set a macro up through the UO interface which is 'invoke virtue' - 'honour'. You then select the target you wish to honour.
If it's an enemy, you will gain in honour once it's killed. With the Bushido skill, you gain a damage bonus... perfect for sampires & warriors.
If you target yourself after you reach 'knight' status in honour, you will not get attacked by non-friendlys for (i believe) 5 minutes... This bit is perfect for tamers who don't have peacemaking.
