Just a reminder . . my annual Dive trip is coming up soon. I leave Feb 01/19 and return Mar 31/19 so I will be away for two months *lucky me*
FYI:
1) The Server is on USP good for 90 min so a short power outage at the server end should be no problem
2) The Server BIOS has been tweaked so following a longer power outage the Server will auto restart when the power returns
3) I will log in to the Game and the Forum once a day provided I am not in transit without Internet
4) I have remote access to the Server in the event of a 'Server Game Crash' which is different than simply losing power
So . . we are only really vulnerable if there is a 'Server Game Crash' and I do not notice it until my next log in. The absolute worst case scenario should be a down time of 24 hours. In the past 8 years we have only experienced a 'Server Game Crash' twice while I was away and I think the longest resulting down time was about 6 hours.
