Lord Hart has changed his pricing on the Item Bless Deed.
It is now offered under the "Often Sought" heading and he is asking for 250 Medallions PLUS 75,000 Gold.
EDIT: The price of the Bless Deed was changed to 27,000 Gold PLUS 25,000 Tradium on Nov 26th
