What spell says "you are frozen and cant move" and what can be done to resist it or avoid it?
Also theres a spell that reduces my resist spells by 50. Is there anyway to avoid that one?

Paralyze is the spell, from memory I want to say it's a 4th or 5th circle spell. The drop in resist comes from a necromancy spell called Evil Omen. The skill Resisting Spells is supposed to help evade certain spells and reduce the time that certain spells affect you. The greater your skill, the more benefit you receive. It works great for shortening the duration of Blood Oath and Amairgen has tweaked the skill to give a percentage chance of evading spells completely. It is much better than it was.
With the way its set up now, Amairgen would have to explain more..but it's based kind of on a roll of the dice basis. Unfortunately even at 120 Resisting Spells, you can still be interrupted by a Magic Arrow and Paralyzed.
