why cant we insure Loot Bag OR where is the info on the Loot Bag stored, on my computer ?

Loot bag bless deeds are being considered for a quest reward.
in a pvp aspect blessed bags would hurt the community
while on the pvm side they will greatly help the community.
were more of a PvM based community at the moment and i admit my blessed bag has saved me the time and stress due to loosing it.

I have mixed feelings about Blessing a 'Loot Bag'.
On one hand they:
1) Hold more than the 10 item limit on the blue 'Bless' pouches (10 items was used for a reason).
2) They are an item that crafters can make/sell for profit. If lost it makes crafters more important.
3) 99% of players have obtained the 'Gold Deposit' pouch to send gold to the bank.
4) Crafters also make 'Resource Depot' pouches to send resources to the bank.
5) Not having them blessed adds to the risk in the game.
On the other hand:
1) There is a chance (if looted by a monster you cannot kill) that you might lose one.
2) It takes time to fully set up a new 'Loot Bag' the way you personally prefer if you do lose one.
So . . let me see . . that looks like 5 to 2. *grins*

Connection loss / and "at times" dreaded server instability are the latters 2) and 3)
so ide say more 5 to 4.
the risk involved tho is the only real risk left but after a year or so the blessed loot bags deed should be an option for the veteran rewards.

This is just a little 'aside' not intended to keep this going but . . . I know of a player who keeps a bag in his house with one of all the items he likes to collect so if he loses his Loot Bag it takes him very little time to set up a new one.

where is the info stored for the loot bag? on my computer or the server, if on my computer, what file or is there a file that is only for the loot bag, we could backup the file

It is stored on the Server in a data base that look like hieroglyphics
