1) The item Essence of Mystical Travel will now stack (thanks to Ssyric). Graphic change so older ones become a server rare.
2) The Arete Armor and Weapons will no longer be over powered. Items crafted with good resources or Runics or Spellcrafting will be better.
3) More Quest delay timers will be reduced to 12 hours down from 24 hours.
4) Pets will now move smarter to keep up with you when running or riding (thanks to Nex Umbra)
5) BOD drop rates from both Smiths and Tailors will be the same. These will be 1 hour if your skill is under 70.1 or 2 hours if your skill is higher. (thanks to Nex Umbra)
6) The 'open' Inscription Gump will no longer work away from the scribe's craft control items (thanks to Ash)
7) Cleric spells will be available (thanks to Logan, Cyrus and Nex Umbra)
