Okay . . Two changes:

1) The Meditation skill has been given some 'thoughtfulness' *smiles*
The chance of succeeding at meditation now will be based on your skill level not a random chance. It just makes more sense.

2) Spellbooks that are Empty and in your backpack can be recycled using a scissors to regain some of the scrolls used to craft them.
