Housing:
* Each account is allowed to own 3 houses. Max of 2 houses can be added together by staff. Renting/buying a prebuilt house or shop in Jhelom, Brittain or on the Isle of Arete will count as 1 of the 3 allowed.
* No houses are allowed inside the walls of Luna. This area is preserved for events and other, by staff to decide goals.
* Do not place your house in a way it will block any doorway or entrance.
* The Isle of Arete is the shopping centre of UOT. Here we have a marketplace where you can hire a stand for your vendor(s).
Or even have your own shop! Arete has 12 shops for rent. Be sure to decorate your shop and hire at least 1 vendor.
Keep your vendor stocked and stay active to keep your shop open. Be aware that renting a shop will count as 1 house in your total of 3 houses per account.
If for some reason you are called away from UOT for some time and meantime the rent will expire, do not fear you will not loose your items. When the rent expires, all your belongings are put in a bag, this bag will be put in your bank, waiting for you to return.
(Note: If your account remains inactive for more than 12 months your account will be deleted and all will be lost).
