is the "seven deadly sins- Saligia" quest broken ?

I went to Ansel to start the quest and started doing dungeons ( i talked to the guys at beginning and then started each dungeon )and thought i was supposed to get a body part from each mini-boss, but none of them so far has had a body part on the corpse, unless it was changed to furs, i got furs from 2 of them. Then I went to Hythloth and there is no altar or special mobs to fight on the bottom floor, so that one cannot be finished.
 The reward for this quest is a cleric spellbook but theres another quest that says it is for the cleric spellbook. Are there 2 quests to get the book ?

The quest is not broken to my knowledge. As far as the body parts are concerned, they come in a red bag. However, its not a 100% chance reward. It's random, so you may not get a body part every time. In Hythloth the last room is entered through a teleporter. Good luck!

Hello Figger,

The drop rate is 50% chance and you can redo it every 24h. You need around a week to collect all the parts. If you need I can go into Hythloth with you.

I got 2 body parts on first day and then got 4 on the second day, also got furs on most of them and got 2 milestones and a winnowing basket.
