Is it an artifact? Where is it gotten and if the players are getting so many of them, what are they doing with them? Is it better than a 8 combined blazes of death?

Hello Figger,
Norbaert's base damages is the best one and with the ignore armor special move, your blank hit is around 100 damage every 1.25s. The only benefits of the blaze is to whirlwind.
It is an artifact can be found in the challenge tower, Fire Tartarus dungeon and on the Withe Witch quest.

Blaze od Death curretly has a base damage of 17-19 while Norberts is 24-28.
the Paladin quest weapons also have a higher base damage being 20-24 for the halberd.
