That's UOAssist which, believe it or not, is a different application and is not free. I did find a page last night that said it had been rebranded to UOSteam.

what's different about the steam assistUO and Razor?
a far as i know razor does everything assist did and more

The 2 similar names threw me off as well. AssistUO was supposed to be the replacement and upgrade for Razor. It appears that since RunUO doesn't support it anymore, the community converted it to UOSteam. I'm not sure I would say it's better, just different. The client does load MUCH faster and, to this point, doesn't appear to crash as much. Scripting is also different. Looks more flexible although it does appear less user friendly. In other words, it seems more complicated to set up macros but it seems that, because of that, macros can be more flexible. I'm trying it out. Maybe a few of you should do so as well...just to see if it's better?
