i have wondered my a certain studded armor you find on corpses in so heavy, like studded legs 15 stones, maybe that is what it is for. Maybe try that. Or wear full metal armor with shield but no weapon and if u get the message that u cant stealth with this much armor, then remove chest
And make sure you used a PS 105 or higher or it will never go above 100.

here is a thought on using satyr, stand at satyr til he discords you a few times, then run away, out of view of satyr, hide and stealth and gain, then when it wears off, repeat.

I've tried full plate, up to what is allowed to successfully stealth. I have used a 120 Hiding and Stealth Power Scroll. I thought about the Satyr, just a pain to run back and forth...Would take some thought to develop a razor macro lol.
