Looking for Rune book and ninjitsu books.

Hello, I would like to buy 3 or 4 rune books and obtain 2 ninjitsu books.
if the ninja books can be found in game, where would that be?

I have looked in the town on tokuna, but couldn't find anyone selling.

Ninjitsu book have a chance to drop on elite ninja bodies in tokuno island. Same, bushido book is a ronin drop rate.
