This is very intriguing... is the name of the monster "Keeper of Scrolls" or perhaps another name?

I just checked and . . Yes! . . there are in fact two "Verin the Keeper of Scrolls" alive and active on the shard. I killed a few and they do respawn at one of their other locations. They usually are riding a Beetle. Good Luck
