The ones on Malasia (and there are not many) do not have a special color or name.

As a world drop they will appear automatically into your bag pack. So yes kill everything!

Are you sure they drop in ur bag like artifacts? don't have to loot them?

Yes I am. World drop are rare and not configured by default in your loot bag. They pop into your backpack automatically.

Yupp, this has happened to me a few times with other drops. For example, yesterday when I killed a Vile Basilicks, chainmail leggings or the Fey spawned in my pack.

Yeah they must be quite rare, I killed mobs in malas for hours last night. nadda thang dropped. I would like to know if the mobs that are on that island you take the teleporter to get to is part of malas and has a chance to drop the gloves, its the island that goes to where the minotaurs are in that little minotaur town

That is part of Malas. I believe it is called the Isle of the Divide.
