The past year I've been through many emotions. i originally looked at it as just another challenge. The diagnosis i was given never added up to my lifestyle or in general to that matter. Something feels wrong. I know it in my gut. all of my recherche originally led me to Multiple Sclerosis so i was a tiny bit worried. After an MRI of my Torso and Legs plus an EKG test I was Diagnosed with ALS and was told to get all of my matters taken care of and make plans for what happens next. The past year has been hell it's as if every day i'm living a lie saying everything is ok... I had basically given up until some info appeared in one of the support groups. Lymes Disease symptoms started adding up way more than ALS. I'm looking into getting a proper Lyme Diagnosis and hopefully UCSD San Diego miss Diagnosed me because Lyme was never brought up as a possible cause. That being said Life is too damn short we all deserve 300 years minimum and what we end up with barley lets us discover our self. I've found some hope... some light I can look upon and instantly I begin to have energy. I feel enlightened. I feel there is still time. Never Give up Hope.

I hope you don't have ALS alk. There are always improvements in medical science so while there's life (and light), there's hope.
And a positive outlook never hurts :-)
All the very best to you! And if you're having a bad day, UOT is here to help you escape and vent if you need to *hugs*

Alk . . I am deeply sorry to learn this but I am a 'glass half full' guy. I hope for the best, believe in the best and draw on the best in all I can.
I am sending you my very strongest best wishes and as my mother used to say . . "let's put a 'good' Whammy on him".
Love ya brother!

Sorry for my absence and with deep regret I should have contributed more.
UOT was by far my favorite experience with Ultima Online and I should have promoted it more.
In my defense I was unable to access the forums and was having negative physical / medical complications when I was last playing. My Lyme disease diagnosis turned out to be ALS and now i'm unable to move my limbs. I use an eye tracker to operate a computer. In short i'm grateful for the time I was part of this community.
