1. I don't think Spellcrafting can exceed +25 SDI (with fingers crossed, many attempts and high skill it might). Alternatively . . your best bet for SDI on the Neck would be any 'Necklace Artifact' that has been enhanced by a Tinker adding the Ancient Moonstone Gem because they add +25 SDI to Jewelry.
Note: Spellcrafting can only add SDI to Jewelry (not armor) and the Ancient Moonstone Gem only adds +5 to Armor items.
2. The Druid Gorget with an Ancient Moonstone Gem will have a total of +11 SDI (including the +5 bump from the Gem).
3. Sandals drop in the 'Test for Sorcery' quest and in the Shadowlord Quest but none of these have SDI on them.
Having said that . . for mage related properties the 'Test for Sorcery' sandals would be your best bet. Those sandals drop with: NightSight + 1 ReflectPhysical + 5 BonusHits + 5 BonusMana + 5 LowerRegCost + 5 LowerManaCost + 5 Luck + 25
Also . . Check your SDI caps because I think it is capped at 100% *may be wrong*

I've heard a bunch that SDI is uncapped here, and it definitely looks like it is. Did some tests and it does affect past-100% SDI, unless I'm crazy.
I have the sorcery sandles right now but they're so much worse than the Lernaean, that's why I'm looking for upgrades. The Lernaean quest is tiring me out, since I have to complete it a minimum of 4 times for one item. I'll see if I can do the tinker enhancing, but as a question...
The necklace from one of the newer quests at the black castle's quest, can that one be tinker-enhanced? I've been trying to do it but it never works, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I am definitely on the hunt and down to look for these artifact necklaces wherever they exist, if I can spellcraft them after enhancing!
Thank you for the information though. I think 26% SDI is the absolute highest spellcrafting can go to, as I had a full set of 26%'s until i upgraded to full red magic jewelery for 30% per piece. I also put 26% on my hat of the magi.
Basically, I'm just trying to min-max at this point. And make all my gear look cool with fancier name colors of course.
