in the challenge tower, i died 6 times fighting those ancient liches and finally killed all of them and finally get to loot the boss and another one spawns and i had to kill it before i could loot the boss.

Eureka! I finally tracked down the cause of this mysterious Draining effect. It was not implementing any Para spell but getting stuck from low Stamina may have made it look that way.
I will not remove the effect completely but I will remove the rapid frequency of its implementation so you 'may' get hit but should not get hit endlessly. *granted this will need testing*
The change will go in with the next reboot and probably be live on the server tomorrow.
