The Isle of Arete is the shoppingcentre of UOT. Here we have a marketplace where you can hire a stand for your vendor(s).
Or even have your own shop! Arete has 12 shops for rent. Be sure to decorate your shop and hire at least 1 vendor.
Keep your vendor stocked and stay active to keep your shop open. Be aware that renting a shop will count as 1 house in your total of 3 houses per account.
If for some reason you are called away from UOT for some time and meantime the rent will expire, do not fear you will not loose your items locked or secured in your shop. When the rent expires, all your belongings are put in a bag, this bag will be put in your bank, waiting for you to return (within 6 months, after this period your account will be deleted, in this case all will be lost).
